Prices are per apartment/chalet per night. The local tax, € 1.50 per night for guests aged 14 and older, is not included and will be collected on-site.

As we charge per accommodation unit, not per person, there are no discounts for children (for “Panorama” at Radmüllerhof: per person from 4 occupants)

Your booking is binding only after the required deposit (approx. 1/3 of the total price) has been paid. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code. However, we offer the following cancellation policy. Cancellations, late arrivals and early departures must be notified by e-mail within the deadlines specifie below:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations up to 8 days before arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price.
• Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

If there is no cancellation or no prior notification by e-mail in the event of late arrival, 100% of the agreed total price or the price for the days between the agreed and the actual day of arrival or departure will be due. The agreed price is the total amount agreed at the time of booking.

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to come on your holiday. We recommend travel cancellation insurance to avoid any inconvenience.
